PAYMENT: The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival either by cheque payable to ‘Mrs S Holcroft’ or Bank Transfer.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES: Lettings commence at 2.00 pm on arrival day and end at 10.00 am on departure day. There is a key safe outside and you will be advised of the code before arrival.

NUMBER IN PARTY: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in Middle Cottage is 2 persons.

PETS: We welcome 1 dog, provided it is not left unattended in the cottage. Please bring your pets bedding with you.

ELECTRIC/HEATING: Gas and Electric is included in the rental price.

LINEN: All bedding is included. Towels are not included.

CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the property. If we do re-let we will return all monies paid. It is a good idea to take out travel insurance.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking in the cottage.
